When contacting us about an order, please include your name, order number, email address used for the order, and a description of the issue.

You may request a copy of GRABATEE’s legal name and business-address information by emailing frank@grabatee.com. We will provide the information by email within five days after receiving the request.

Returns

Do not send a return to our business address without first contacting us for authorization and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may delay processing. Return, refund, reprint, and warranty eligibility are governed by our Refund and Reprint Policy, Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and 60-Day Limited Warranty.

• An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;

• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and

• Documentation showing your ownership or authority to act for the owner, when reasonably available.

We may request additional information and may remove, restrict, or decline to reproduce disputed content while reviewing a complaint.
